Our Latest Blog Posts

Welcome, from Ross

Welcome to the first entry for the WeEnrich blog! The company has been working hard over the last couple of months, working on our first two projects. The Mistlethorpe Mysteries takes the player to Victorian England to solve mysteries and integrate into the community. Ross has been working on the characters and the dialogue for the opening mystery, whilst Alice has been illustrating the characters and locations. Here are some of the avatars that the players will be able to choose from when they enter the Mistlethorpe community:

Earlier this year, WeEnrich joined forces with Jorvik Viking Centre to create a game for customers to purchase as they enter the museum. The web application is called Merchants of Jorvik and introduces the player to some Vikings who actually lived in York at the time. The game combines engaging haggling challenges and educational facts about the Viking era. Did you know, for example, that women could divorce their husbands for wearing a top that shows off too much chest?

With Merchants of Jorvik approaching completion, it shouldn’t be long before you can download the game on your smart phone, iPad and computers. So, watch this space!
